Tina Myong Kim, Principal
Tina Myong Kim has been with Dirska and Levin since 2011, becoming a partner in 2018 and a principal with the firm in 2020. An experienced litigator, Tina has successfully defended businesses, employers, insurance companies and third party administrators at mediation, administrative hearings and trial in the state of Maryland.
Prior to joining Dirska and Levin, Tina served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Susan Marzetta in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and as an Asper Fellow at the MD Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation. Tina completed her undergraduate studies at New York University where she studied Art History and Chemistry. She received her law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law where she participated in the Post-Conviction and the Drug Policy Clinics. Tina is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
