What sets D&L apart from other workers’ compensation defense firms? It is our policy to have the assigned attorney handle the file from intake to conclusion. We try very hard to minimize the need to have a second, or third, attorney re-review what the assigned attorney has already done. This philosophy means that at D&L, when a client calls about a claim, the assigned attorney knows his or her file and is prepared to discuss the case.
